It is a ranking site for people. Every category has its own leaderboard. You enter yourself, share your link, and climb as votes come in.

Yes. Entering a category is free, and anyone signed in can give one free vote to an entry. You can withdraw a free vote later. You never have to pay to take part.

Buying votes is an optional way to back your own entry and climb faster. Each vote is one US dollar. You can only buy votes for your own entry, and paid votes count toward your total the same as free ones.

No. All vote purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies for any reason, including a change of mind, an entry you later delete, or a rank you are not happy with. Please only buy votes if you accept that the charge is final. If a payment is reversed through a bank dispute or chargeback, the votes it paid for are removed from the entry.

No. Buying votes raises your total, but other people are entering and getting votes too. There is no prize, payout, or guaranteed position. It is a signal of support, not a game of chance.

Your rank in a category is your total votes compared with everyone else in that category. Boards reset on different windows: all-time, monthly, weekly, and daily. Your public profile shows your combined total; the split between free and paid votes is visible only to you.

Yes. You can delete an entry or your whole account from your dashboard. Deletion needs an email code to confirm it is you. Deleting an entry removes its votes, including any you paid for, and those are not refunded.
