Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of myrank.fun ("the site", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using it you confirm that you are.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should hold one account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Entries and your content

An entry must be about you. Do not enter, impersonate, or post the details or photo of anyone else without the right to do so. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a licence to display it on the site as part of running the service. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove any entry that breaks these terms or that we receive a valid report about.

4. Voting

Any signed-in person can give one free vote to an entry, and can withdraw it. Votes are a signal of support, not a prize draw or a game of chance. An entrant may also buy votes for their own entry to climb faster. Do not manipulate votes through fake accounts, bots, or other artificial means.

5. Payments and no refunds

Votes are sold at one US dollar each and are processed by Stripe. Buying votes supports and boosts your own entry; it does not guarantee any rank, outcome, prize, or payout.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason, including a change of mind, an entry you later delete, or a result you are unhappy with. If you delete your entry, any purchased votes are forfeited with it. If a payment is reversed through a bank dispute or chargeback, the votes it paid for are removed from the entry. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone or enter a person without their consent.
• Manipulate votes or payments, or use bots, scripts, or fake accounts.
• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you post remains yours, subject to the licence in section 3.

8. Termination

You can stop using the site and delete your entries at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service and its users.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that rankings reflect any particular merit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts greater than what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover losses we reasonably incur from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
